 Typed Test of Induction Motor :- These are various typed test conducted on motor  1. Mixed frequency test : load test It is type of temperature rise test. In this test one side of terminal of motor is connected to 50 hz frequency and another side terminal is connected to 37 hz    It is load test of large electrical motor beacuase load test can't be done mechanically of large electrical motor such as 1250kw  2. Over voltage Test :  In this test we provide more voltage to motor than its rating voltage.  We provide flow of voltage to winding 150% of rating voltage and 200% of rating voltage for a minute.  Over current Test :  In this test we provide flow of current 120%, 150% of rating current of motors.  Noise Test :  Finally noise test conducted by noise meter to check surrounding noise up to one meter of induction motor 

 Types of electrical motor :-

 Vibration Test of induction motor :- Vibration Test is conducted on industrial induction motor to check vibration analysis of motor. If vibration is too high then motor will be failed.  How to conduct vibration Test. :- Vibration of induction motor shaft is generally measured by vibro meter By putting vibro meter probe on induction motor shaft then we check the value in rms value and pp value peak to peak value of displacement and velocity Velocity value taken in mm/s Displacement value taken in micron Put the probe of vibro meter horizontal to kake horizontal vibration the put vertical to take vertical vibration analysis and the put axial and record value. 

Test of Electrical Motor :- In any industry it is very important to test motor before dispatch, It can be done by monitoring of motor CBM  To reduce failure and cost cbm is conducting while electrical motors manufacturing and testing.  There are various types of Test  1. Static test :-   these types of test are done when motor is in static conditions. These test include IR (insulation Resistance), PI (polarisation index), RTD and BTD, High voltage test.  2.Routine  test :-  these test are very important to check durability and strength of motor it include static test, Vibration test, magnetic center alignment test,  3.
