Vibration Test Analysis

 Vibration Test of induction motor :-

Vibration Test is conducted on industrial induction motor to check vibration analysis of motor. If vibration is too high then motor will be failed. 

How to conduct vibration Test. :-

Vibration of induction motor shaft is generally measured by vibro meter

By putting vibro meter probe on induction motor shaft then we check the value in rms value and pp value peak to peak value of displacement and velocity

Velocity value taken in mm/s

Displacement value taken in micron

Put the probe of vibro meter horizontal to kake horizontal vibration the put vertical to take vertical vibration analysis and the put axial and record value.
